New Year Workout

With the New Year commencing, everyone has their resolutions on top of their mind. The most common goal in the United States is to “live a healthier life and get in shape.” During the holidays everyone has some extra time off from work to think about everything they want to accomplish in the upcoming year. Next thing you know you are a week into the new year, then a month in, then it’s all of a sudden spring.
