CBD-ME GUAC RECIPE

Become the life of any party by bringing a CBD infused snack that EVERYONE will love.

I have been to thousands of sporting events and cookouts with different types of snacks and dips but guacamole by far is the most commonly sought after. The versatility that avocados can be used with ranges from a simple chip and guac all the way to a succulent avocado toast with a cracked egg on top.

This recipe is easy, fast, and packed with nutrients, such as Vitamin K, C, B5, B6, and E. Not only is it packed with vitamins but also has more potassium than a banana. Several studies show that having a high potassium intake is linked to “reduced blood pressure. High blood pressure is a major risk factor for heart attacks, strokes, and kidney failure.”



Ingredients:
– 3 avocados
– 1-2 ml TerpNutrition’s Daily Drops
– 1 lime
– 1 tsp. salt
– ½ cup diced onions
– 3 tbs. chopped cilantro
– 2 diced Roma tomatoes
– 1 tsp. minced garlic
– Jalapeño (optional)
– Cayenne pepper (to taste)

In a bowl, use two forks to mash up the avocados. Add the salt, lime juice, and CBD oil.

Mix in the onions, cilantro, tomatoes, garlic, jalapeño, and add cayenne pepper or other seasonings to taste. 

This recipe will create a 19-48 mg bowl of “CBDME Guac”. Dig in and enjoy!
