Though this may have a more delayed response than full spectrum CBD oil would, it’s a good way of taking your daily CBD if you would rather not use tincture drops. These capsules would be taken in the same way that a tincture would, though you’ll need to check to make sure that you’re taking the right dosage. Knowing exactly how much is in a capsule, versus experimenting with tincture drops, can be reassuring to some as well.

4. As A Bath Soak

Yes, CBD can come in bath soak form! Though again, this may not be as immediately effective as a tincture or muscle rub, bath soaks are a fun way to incorporate CBD into an already-relaxing bath. You can soak and absorb the CBD through your skin in the hot water while doing something that you need to do anyway.

CBD can be for everyone. It can help you calm down, relax, and even sleep better. The question for many is really just finding the right means through which you should consume CBD.
